If you are selected as a winner, you will receive your box no later than three weeks after the closing date of 29 September 2026.
1. General Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the “Saint Môret x Bonne Maman Giveaway”. The promotion is organized by Savencia Suisse SA, Place de l’Église 3, 1785 Cressier (FR) and Bonne Maman Suisse (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Organizers”).
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including the data protection provisions set out in Section 4.
The Organizers reserve the right to amend or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time, provided such changes are necessary and are not made in bad faith to the detriment of participants.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to all natural persons aged 18 years or older who reside in Switzerland.
3. Participation
Those eligible to participate are people who have liked the post, followed both Instagram accounts and tagged two friends.
Among all valid entries, five winners will be selected at random. Winners will receive their box by post within three weeks after the closing date. The box includes:
· A breakfast hamper
· Delicious Bonne Maman jams
· Delicious Saint Môret products
· Saint Môret goodies
· Fresh Andros juices
· A CHF 30 voucher to complement your breakfast
Information regarding ingredients and allergens can be found on the respective Saint Môret and Bonne Maman product pages.
Participation in the promotion is voluntary. Participants will incur only the standard costs associated with the use of communication services (e.g., internet connection fees). Participation requires the use of the current version of the participant’s internet browser.
4. Data Protection
Participants’ contact details will be stored for the purpose of verifying their identity.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Upon request, stored data may be deleted at any time. The promotional website is operated by J’aime le fromage and is subject to its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By participating in the promotion, participants also accept these terms.
By participating, participants agree that their contact details may be processed by Bonne Maman and Savencia Fromage & Dairy Suisse SA. Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
5. Exclusion
In the event of suspected irregularities, technical manipulation, the use of fraudulent or unfair means, or any other justified doubts regarding compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the Organizers reserve the right to exclude the persons concerned from participation.
The Organizers are not required to provide any justification for such exclusion.
6. Early Termination or Amendments
The Organizers reserve the right to terminate the promotion in whole or in part, or to amend it during its term, at any time and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if technical issues (such as malware, manipulation, software or hardware failures) or legal reasons prevent the proper conduct of the promotion.
7. Final Provisions
Excluded participants are not entitled to receive information regarding the reasons for their exclusion.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizers assume no liability in connection with the implementation of the promotion.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland.
By participating, participants acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Legal recourse and any correspondence relating to the giveaway are excluded.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
